Any data held about you is stored on our local office computers that are not networked to any other computers. All local computers and network devices are protected behind a firewall, anti virus software and regular software updates. We do not enable your data to be shared with any of our personal mobile devices that can be lost or stolen. In addition we use strong multi character password encryption to access any data held on file. Similarly all websites administration areas are accessed through strong multi character usernames and passwords. Our offices are protected by CCTV

In the event of a data breach, we will inform the appropriate authorities both legal and technical in order to locate and limit potential damages. If usernames and passwords have been compromised we will automatically generate new strings and implement them immediately. Virus, firewall and Malware protection is in place on all our systems and kept regularly updated

If authorised by you, we may receive personal data such as user logins from registrars, hosting companies and file sharing services. We receive this data only through and by your consent for the purpose of accessing services to facilitate web development work.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
